Account Representative

The Andex Account Representative is classified as an inside sales and customer support position requiring an energetic person with a passion for providing customer solutions.  

This position will successfully develop, service and ensure customer satisfaction for new and existing business accounts. In the process you will retain, develop and build sales by utilizing customer service excellence. The Account Representative responsibilities include:

  • Customer engagement and education
  • Sales order, logistics, and service requirements
  • Periodic customer visits and trade shows/events
  • Detailed knowledge of product lines and packaging solutions

The Account Rep position is typically Monday – Friday standard office hours with a willingness and ability to work additional hours. Interim General Laborers

The Interim General Laborer will participate in production flow activities of the Andex Industries Thermoforming and Printing Divisions. The Interim General Laborers will participate in a multitude of tasks, depending on the production scheduling and shipping deadlines. The individual will experience manufacturing production and shipping situations and offer critical support to the team.

Job Duties include but are not limited to: general floor help, product staging, line work, precision detail production, quality checks and shipping preparation. 


  • A minimum education level of a High School Diploma or Equivalent; College a plus
  • 2-5 years related manufacturing work experience
  • Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality
  • High energy, self managed team player with positive work ethic
