Innovative Thermoform Solutions
Problem - Large rolls of fabric were being shipped in a two piece corrugated box. The bottom box acted as a tray for display after the top box was removed. The problem: WATER. The Product is sold in outdoor settings, where rain and irrigation caused the corrugated box to breakdown. Often, after one roll of product was removed from the corrugated tray, another would tip or fall over.
Solution - Andex designed a tray which holds each roll securely plus a drain hole in each cavity. The water is no longer a problem. Added benefits of the trays include nesting for storage and no added labor costs, tape or staples required to set it up. A printed pressure sensitive label is affixed to the front to add graphics.
